3月14日,广州当地酒吧庙前冰室将联手上海的The Cannery举办一场以朗姆酒为主题的盛大鸡尾酒晚宴,掀起一股拉丁旋风。

Guangzhou is having a rum-soaked night on March 14 when local bar Hope & Sesame teams up with The Cannery from Shanghai for a dinner and cocktail feast.

这场活动名为“鸡尾酒与美食之旅”,庙前冰室联合创始人Andrew Ho和Bastien Ciocca将与The Cannery的Michael Chen一起在市中心的富力君悦大酒店共同调制七款以佛罗德卡纳朗姆酒为原料的鸡尾酒,并佐以七款拉美风味料理。

Dubbed Cocktail Chef Tours, Hope & Sesame co-founders Andrew Ho and Bastien Ciocca will be joined by Michael Chen of The Cannery at the Grand Hyatt in town to make seven Flor de Cana cocktails, paired with seven Latin American-style dishes.

“It’s a concept very close to the heart, as not many people put cocktails and food at the same level,” said Ciocca.

Expect dishes with paired drinks like a raw tuna with dashi vermouth served with a clarified butter milk and mango punch, and more conceptual takes like a lobster and mushroom ravioli with a granita made from French cantaloupe, white rum and liquid nitrogen.

今晚(3月13日)Michael Chen也将现身庙前冰室,6点到7点期间主持一堂朗姆酒大师班,之后将献上客座调酒秀。

Chen will also be at Hope & Sesame tonight (March 13), where he will host a rum masterclass from 6 to 7pm and guest bartend after that.
